Every class is designed for all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes — no experience required. You’ll be guided through the class with energizing music, motivating coaching, and a supportive community around you. Expect loud beats, big smiles, plenty of sweat, and a welcoming environment that celebrates every effort. Come as you are — we’ll take care of the rest.

What do I need to bring?

- Water bottle (we have a fill up station at the studio if you run out)

What shoes do I wear?

Our bikes are equipped with SPD clips for cycling shoes and also have cages for clean indoor running shoes — so you can ride with whatever feels best for you. For our strength classes, clean indoor running shoes are required to help keep the studio floor in top shape and ensure a safe, comfortable workout for everyone.

Do I need to book ahead of time?

Yes. Please book your spot before attending classes to ensure your spot. The schedule is released every other Saturday for the next 2 weeks. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel your spot at least 4 hours before class start time to avoid late cancel penalties.

($10 late cancel penalty for membership plans, loss of credit for class packs).
