Our Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

We’re more than instructors—we’re cheerleaders, your biggest supporters inside (and outside) the studio and your next best friend. Each member of our team brings their own unique energy, expertise, and passion for movement, but together we share one mission: creating a space where you feel challenged, empowered, and part of a community.

Kirstin Hoeppner

Hi there!!

My name is Kirstin and I am one of the co- founders of The Experience Studio. I am an MFC-certified Group Cycle and Mat Pilates coach. I teach Spin as well as Pilates Sculpt & Tone classes, where my goal is to create energizing, empowering workouts that meet you where you’re at while still challenging you to feel strong and confident in your body.

I’ve been coaching for two years and continue to deepen my practice through ongoing education, including attending a training workshop in Arizona last October with Kristina Girod. I’m passionate about thoughtful movement, good playlists, and creating a welcoming studio space where everyone feels at home.

Outside of the studio, I work full-time at a local garden centre and hold a Horticulture Production Certification from Assiniboine Community College.  I mostly run on coffee and energy drinks, and when I’m not moving, you can usually find me curled up under my heated blanket with a good thriller in hand or playing my newest card game Magic with my boyfriend.

Carlee Fehr

Hey there!
My name is Carlee and I’m a Spin Coach at The Experience Studio. I’ve been teaching group cycling for one year and am working on obtaining a Group Cycling certification through MFC.

My classes are built around big energy, heavy beat drops, and the kind of playlists that make you forget you’re working out. Expect a mix of house music, familiar sing-along moments, EDM, and choreography that keeps things fun from start to finish. My goal is to create a space where you can push yourself, let loose, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Outside of the studio, I work as a Rehabilitation Assistant and am currently a student pursuing a career in physiotherapy. I’ve always had a passion for movement and helping others feel strong and confident, which is something I love bringing into my classes.

When I’m not working, studying, or teaching, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and our dog, trying new recipes, listening to music, or enjoying a cozy night at home.

Chelsea Delorme

Hey, I’m Chelsea!

I’m one of the spin instructors at The Experience Studio!

My classes are fun, welcoming, and designed for everyone—whether you’re coming to push your limits, let loose, or simply escape for 45 minutes. Expect powerful rides, lots of encouragement, and a playlist that will have you singing while you sweat!

I started spinning two years ago, and there’s truly no better feeling than walking out of a class feeling stronger than when you walked in. I fell in love with the high energy, the vibes, and most of all, the community that spin has brought into my life.

Outside of the studio, you’ll usually find me outdoors enjoying the weather with an iced latte in hand.  When I’m not soaking up the outdoors, I’m also a Culinary Arts teacher at the high school, where I get to share another one of my passions with students.

I can’t wait to ride with you! We all start our fitness journeys from different places, and there’s no right or wrong starting point. I hope to see you in my class, where we can challenge ourselves, have fun, and grow stronger together! ❤️

Maddy Friesen

Hi, I’m Maddy!

I’m a Spin Instructor at The Experience Studio! My classes are all about good vibes, empowerment, and pushing ourselves (and each other) to do hard things-because we’re always stronger together.

I started spinning about a year and a half ago and immediately fell in love with the energy, the community, and that feeling you get after class. Strong, sweaty, and so accomplished. That “ride as a team” atmosphere is what made me want to start coaching, so I could help others push past their limits and surprise themselves.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find me trying new recipes, running my business-Mad Lashes, or being that friend who has a natural remedy for literally everything. Can’t wait to ride with you!!🤍

Rebecca Friesen

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

My name is Rebecca, I have always enjoyed movement, being outside, playing sports and learning about the human body. This has lead me to completing the athletic therapy program at U of W in 2021.

I have since worked as an athletic therapist and personal trainer. I have recently completed the pre/post natal class through Manitoba Fitness Council.

Being strong and moving well is a big part of our lives and I hope to help people achieve this for themselves. Becoming a mom has really shown me how much you can grow and how capable we are.
